On the morning of August 18, 2020, the launching ceremony of "Changyou Beijing suburb • Beijing rural tourism season", sponsored by Beijing Municipal Bureau of culture and tourism and Beijing Radio and television, and co sponsored by Huairou District Bureau of culture and tourism and Beijing culture and art activity center, was grandly held in Luzhuang Village, Huairou District.

As an important measure to promote cultural and tourism consumption, the theme activities of "Changyou Beijing suburb · Beijing rural tourism season" run through the whole year, mainly including the large-scale cultural tourism experience program of "my Peach Blossom Land", "the most beautiful rural home stay" and "the home stay's boss who has most story" online evaluation activities, Beijing Rural home stay exhibition activities, the first rural home stay conference in Beijing, and a series of theme activities of "Celebrating the new year in the suburbs of Beijing". At the launching ceremony, the organizers released 40 high-quality tourism routes in the suburbs of Beijing with four themes of "key rural tourism", "boutique home stay tourism", "Beijing suburb food tourism" and "red theme tourism". Luzhuang village, with unique natural landscape and rich cultural heritage, was successfully selected into the second batch of national key rural tourism villages. After the launching ceremony, leaders at all levels of city, District, town and village, together with media friends, visited and guided Hongluo academy and discussed issues related to the construction of art countryside.

The launch of "Changyou Beijing suburb · Beijing rural tourism season" is not only an important measure to promote cultural and tourism consumption, but also a specific work and measure for Rural Revitalization. Beijing Hongluo academy, located in the east of Luzhuang village, is the third art revitalization rural project jointly launched by Tsinghua University and Peking University Alumni Association (Wenzhou Nanxi academy and Ruoxi International Art Village). After nearly three years of development, it has become an important institution for the construction and revitalization of beautiful villages, and has explored a new model for the construction and development of contemporary academies. Completed the long-term layout and planning of the region (Wenzhou Nanxi Academy), the capital (Beijing Hongluo Academy) and the International (London Academy), and summarized the valuable experience of Rural Revitalization (cultural and economic aspects). Hongluo academy tends to carry out aesthetic education, youth aesthetic education experience (expansion), aesthetic education research and other work, as well as the dissemination and inheritance of Hongluo culture. In the future, it will also carry out work on topics such as art and countryside, art and science, art and life; Nanxi academy focuses on the brand construction of "encounter" and the construction of "the most beautiful international sketching base", and carries out research and dissemination in the aspects of "farming and reading culture in southern Zhejiang" and "Yongjia landscape culture"; As a window of international cultural exchange, London College in the UK undertakes the important responsibility of national culture going out. Through the holding of a series of international cultural exchange activities such as "when Paris meets Wenzhou" and "when London meets Wenzhou", the academy has also explored effective experience in international cultural exchange.
