    WHEN LONDON MEETS WENZHOU – THE SKETCHING AND EXHIBITION OF CHINESE AND BRITISH ARTISTS is the second international cultural and art exchange activity after "WHEN PARIS MEETS WENZHOU - THE SKETCHING AND EXHIBITION OF CHINESE AND FRENCH ARTISTS " held from May 2018 to April 2019. The "Meet" series of activities explored a new mode of in-depth international cultural and art exchange. The "When London Meets Wenzhou" has injected new vitality into the innovation and development of Wenzhou's culture and tourism industry. we hope to create a brand new international business card of Wenzhou through the deep cultural and artistic exchanges of "Please come in" and "Go in".

    We starting with "Meet", and then build the bridge of “Art”. According to Zhou Jianpeng, the event planner and a postdoctoral student of Peking University, Chinese and British artists have made attempts and have discussed the relationship between nature and creation through the thinking and exchange of the event. Their exchanges will open our thinking on the development of eastern and Western cultures in the past five or six hundred years, and enhance the friendship and cultural recognition between the two countries from the exchanges between artists as well.
